Kerang Crispy
Bahan :
2 kg kerang dara
5 siung bawang putih
2 sdm air jeruk
garam
tepung terigu
Cara membuat :
1. Rebus kerang, masukkan bawang putih, air jeruk nipis dan garam sampai cangkang kerang terbuka atau matang.
2. Keluarkan daging dari cangkangnya, sisihkan.
3. Campur tepung terigu dan garam, aduk rata.
4. Masukkan kerang kedalam tepung terigu, aduk rata, sampai semua terbalut tepung.
5. Goreng sampai matang. Hati-hati pada saat menggoreng, suka meletus.
