Sponge Vanilla
Nyobain resep dari info kuliner, ternyata enak.. anak2 pada suka..
Bahan :
10 butir kuning telur
5 butir putih telur
150 gr gula pasir
125 tepung terigu
20 gr susu bubuk
1 sdt vanilla
100 gr margarin leleh
1 sdt baking powder
Cara membuat:
!. Kocok telur dan gula pasir sampai agak mengental. Tambahkan baking powder, kocok hingga mengental.
2. Masukkan vanilla, tepung terigu, susu bubuk dan margarin leleh secara bergantian. Aduk perlahan hingga semua rata.
3. Tuang dalam loyang yang sudah diolesi margarin dan tepung terigu.
4. Panggang sampai matang.
